A Third Thank-You for ProjectMOT Pesach Packages

At my family’s first night seder I read the two recent thank-yous that ProjectMOT received for Pesach packages sent to deployed Jewish military personnel in Afghanistan. I did this in order to remember the U.S. Jewish military personnel in harm’s way while we conducted our seder in safety. (For these two thank-yous, see the previous two blog posts.)

Here’s a third thank-you — this one from a Foreign Service Officer in Afghanistan:

I’m a Foreign Service Officer serving a one year tour in Afghanistan. Last night we had a small seder at the International Security Assistance Force (NATO) base in Kabul, and I was privileged to receive a pack of notes from the M.O.T. group.

Thank you very much for thinking of us out here — it really made my day! We had a great seder, complete with matzah and Passover MREs.

Best,
Ariana K.
