Esther Voet, editor-in-chief of the Netherlands’ main Jewish weekly NIW — Nieuw Israelitisch Weekblad — describes what happened on March 10 at the inauguration of the National Holocaust Museum in Amsterdam. Anti-Jewish protests were allowed quite close to the participants — shocking Jews and non-Jews in the Netherlands with the virulence allowed to take place.
