Sci fi thriller THE UPHEAVAL – When a multi-tentacled corporation in 2029 employs existing technology to seal off part of the U.S. to create an “economic utopia,” two 16-year-old teens and the mother of one teen must risk their lives spearheading a resistance group to try to save civil liberties. (Prequel to THE MOTHER SIEGE feature film.)
Drama SOLOMON’S JUSTICE – When a Vietnam vet suffering from PTSD becomes the first judge of the experimental LA County Veterans Court, he struggles with his own war demons as he dispenses justice to troubled veterans who have pled guilty to crimes. (Inspired by the real-life Los Angeles County Veterans Court.)
Historical teen drama PINKY SWEAR – When the teen daughter of a Puerto Rican soldier faces prejudice at Ft. Knox, Kentucky, in the fall of 1964 (right after the passage of the Civil Rights Act), she must learn to stand up for herself and others. (Prequel to MRS. LIEUTENANT feature film.)
Spy thriller DEFENSE – When a female CIA team leader in Europe and her field agents are assigned to work with Germany’s BND, the culturally diverse agents must figure out how to effectively work together to stay one step ahead of enemies seeking to destroy Western Civilization.
Military thriller FORCE PROTECTION — When the team of a force protection U.S. Army officer comes under attack in Iraq, the officer must follow the intel trail back to his own Chaldean neighborhood in Detroit. (Story by Phyllis Zimbler Miller and Mitchell R. Miller.)
Young adult comedy WHO NEEDS ENEMIES? – When a female UCLA accounting major unintentionally signs up for a job interview with the FBI, she struggles to qualify as an FBI agent.
HALF HOUR COMEDY:
MY 90-YEAR-OLD MATCHMAKER – When a 90-year-old stand-up comic decides to “get out” of his retirement home by becoming a volunteer matchmaker for young people, he must prove he can spark love between two hearts.
BREAK A LEG – When a diverse community theater group wants to present the classics to audiences who only want pop culture, the community theater members have to make the classics relevant to today’s audiences. (Co-written with John Wisor.)
JOHN’S FAMILY – When his nephew and nephew’s girlfriend move in with an “in-the-closet” gay man, he must deal with the complications this brings to his secret life. (Co-written with John Wisor.)
KARATE MOMS – When two married sisters and their best friend join a Beverly Hills karate dojo, they must battle with their spouses, children, and karate mates on and off the dojo floor. (Co-written with Susan Chodakiewitz.)
ALL THAT GLITTERS — When a Latina hip hop artist decides to produce her own music, she must negotiate with the sharks of the business world and stand on her own two feet.

Sci fi thriller THE TRUTHFINDER – For an alleged “he said, she said” sexual assault case, a female FBI agent must use an experimental “Truthfinder” procedure developed by social scientists to determine the truth.
Sci fi thriller THE MOTHER SIEGE – When all children from ages six months to 18 years are ordered in 2049 to be turned over to government homes, three mothers and a mother-to-be dare to save their children.
Spy thriller CIA FALL GUY – When an ordinary woman is called to CIA headquarters to identify someone from her past, she has to elude her CIA babysitters to discover whether she is being made the fall guy. (Inspired by working as a Department of the Army civilian in counterintelligence in Munich.)
Romantic comedy PARTNERS – When an uptight female New York lawyer and a laid-back womanizer London tennis coach inherit a London art auction business, they are forced to get along and run the business or lose a multi-million dollar inheritance as well as a bonus of love.
Historical drama MRS. LIEUTENANT – When four diverse young women arrive at Ft. Knox, Kentucky, as new officers’ wives in the spring of 1970 right after the Kent State shootings, they must overcome their prejudices and bond together in order to survive their new roles during the unpopular Vietnam War. (Inspired by a true story.)
Family comedy DR. SOAPY – When her son gets accepted into Harvard, a single mother/medical doctor risks her medical license to moonlight as a part-time saleswoman of health care products and finds herself in competition with a man who could end up her soulmate.
Cozy mystery CAST THE FIRST STONE – When a female LA business reporter gets dragged into a murder investigation, she has to partner with the man who dumped her during their MBA program at Wharton.

Military thriller MOLLIE SANDERS – When a female Navy officer wrangles a slot as the only woman on an experimental U.S. submarine, she has to fight a traitor within and enemies without. (Nicholl Fellowship quarterfinalist.)
Military thriller NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK – When an explosion rocks the port of Los Angeles, a male Navy pilot and his female backseater are tasked with trying to prevent another terror attack on U.S. soil. (Prequel to MOLLIE SANDERS.)
Spy thriller TERMINAL LEAVE – When a veteran intelligence field agent is recalled after a disastrous mission and required to take leave, he decides to deal “unofficially” with his deadly nemesis. (Hawaii or Catalina Island, U.S. and Mersea Island, U.K. versions.)
Comedy adventure HOT POTATO – When a male American con artist and a female weapons salesperson get entangled in Central Europe with each other, two runaway orphans, and an accidentally acquired suitcase nuclear bomb, they must elude two feuding teams of Russian military units to safely deliver the bomb into American hands.
Coming-of-age comedy MY LOVER WAS A LOGGER – When a New York City male journalist is assigned to write about a logging crew, he must get along with the female logging crew head and find the courage to follow the less-traveled path to becoming her royal consort.
