In January 2023 in commemoration of U.N.-established International Holocaust Remembrance Day (January 27) Phyllis Zimbler Miller took part in three School District U-46 (Illinois) programs initiated in connection with her nonfiction Holocaust project www.ThinEdgeOfTheWedge.com.
The reaction from the participating South Elgin High School students (both drama students and digital media students) was so positive that a video was assembled of the highlights of the experience.
